SHIPPING INFORMATION

*Express shipping options only available for Australian mainland orders up to a value of $1000 (except WA).

Our warehouse is working to process your order in 24-48 business hours, please allow for this in addition to your couriers shipping time.
Your order will be shipped with AUS Post, TNT or Direct Freight Express depending on its size and weight.
Note if you are in a regional area your shipping time will take the extended days provided in the below table.

We do not ship orders to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Free shipping promotions are only valid on orders within Australia. These exclude any shipping upgrades or bulky shipping fees.

Bulky Shipping Charges

Several of our products are rather heavy, and additional fees are charged due to unusual sizes or weights. You'll find a list of all these items, along with a breakdown of their fees*, below.

Classes 2 to 4 are excluded from any express shipping options and international shipping.

*These fees are added on top of the shipping method chosen at checkout and are charged per item. Free shipping promotions do not cover bulky shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Due to the large size and heavy weight of Bases and the Modular Pillow Stack they are not available to ship outside of Australia.
